Three More Federal Charges Against Alleged Hacker David Kernell
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – Three more federal charges have been filed against a University of Tennessee student charged with hacking into the personal e-mail account of Alaska Gov. and former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.
David Kernell, the son of a Democratic Tennessee legislator, pleaded not guilty to all charges on Monday, and a magistrate agreed to push back his trial from May to October.

Can we really expect, in this current climate of political fantasy, to have anyone aggressively pursue these charges? Just think how quick this would have been dropped if this case was about my email account?

Of course, this is all happening way after the election. How convenient for Obama and the Democrats.

Have been expected for David and his father to renig on what he told the FBI he would do. They obviously think it has been long enough that it no longer matters and that Obama will not allow anything to happen to him. (Dem thing)
