Snitching for the One?
From reader/listener, Tom:
On the official White House website, http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Facts-Are-Stubborn-Things/ the White House is asking you to become an informant.
As a good informant, the White House would like you to forward emails to flag@whitehouse.gov that are uncomplimentary to ObamaCare.
Wow.

Terry Frank, I along with millions of Americans strongly oppose socialized health care here in this wonderful Country called, The United States Of America. I’m a recent retiree of the Government serving 31yrs which includes 4yrs in the U.S. Army. My question to you Miss Frank is, what have you done for this great nation to protect and maintain the FREEDOM you enjoy having? There is nothing the Government does RIGHT and I speak with experience!! Additionally, if the health care here is as bad as some people say then tell me why people in other countries in there are Universal Health Care, why are they comming here? If the Founding Fathers knew the way this Great Country was currently being ran, they would turn over in their Graves!! Wayde Harvey

I thought that it was rather ironic that the White House article was entitled “Facts are stubborn things” and then trying to argue with the Glorious Leader’s own words. what is not factual about the fact that he said it and that it is a well documented fact as to when he said it. Do I have to ask for a birth certificate to prove it was really him in those videos?
That’s it, maybe it was his twin brother that the “birthers” all claim was not born here. That would solve a lot of problems for him. I know it did for me, I blame everything I do wrong on my evil twin, “Skippy”. So BHO (the real one) is a pro-life, centrist with aspirations to provide health care to everyone in this great country. His evil twin, “Who, B?” is a pro-death, left wing extremist, that is attempting to bring about a culture of death and healthcare rationing thru an evil health INSURANCE plan he is peddling.
Health insurance is not health care. And they are NOT interchangable in this discussion.

I did the right thing and confessed. I feel as if a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I just feel so free now. I think everyone should confess their sins to this messiah, beg for forgiveness and breath the clean, soon to be taxed, fresh air.
Gotta go take my blue pill now.

BCB, you made my day. You rock.
By Terry on 08.05.09 6:58 pm
I realize that the almighty messiah does not have to time to worry about me but I am troubled. I confessed to the magic White House email address and have not yet received any absolution, condemnation or even acknowledgment of my liberating confession. It makes me wonder if they are going to try to convince the sinners that are turned in or just maintain a list of “Enemies of the State” as perceived by Rahm, Axelrod, Reid and Pelosi. If they wish to try to make their case, that is fine. If they wish to play Big Brother, then I am proud to stand above crowd and proudly proclaim the I have a dissenting opinion!!

This will come back to bite them in the ass. Reminds me of the day when Nixon had his enemy list and Clinton’s politics of personal destruction.
I would like to see the stats on the number of “snitch” emails sent about the regime’s lies. And what about the Health Reform Office of disinformation? They must be reading straight from Goebbels playbook.
Mark Levin said the DNC server was taken down from the response over their internet ad calling citizen activists a mob. Right out of Saul Alinsky’s rules for radicals.
The bottom line is they can try to spin it any way they want but their history recorded on video can’t be erased. The American people know a pig in a poke when they see it even if the office of disinformation puts lipstick on it.

FOIA FOIA FOIA
I can’t wait until they try to explain what they’re doing with these “suspects.”
By BCB on 08.06.09 8:16 pm
Speaking of Nixon, there is a law that was passed after Watergate that forbids the federal government from building lists to be used for intimidation. The White House claims they don’t have a list (right, pigs with lipstick fly) but technically they do because under another law they can not delete the emails which have to be archived.

According to 5 U.S.C. § 552a, United States agencies, including the Executive Office of the President shall, “maintain no record describing how any individual exercises rights guaranteed by the First Amendment unless expressly authorized by statute or by the individual about whom the record is maintained or unless pertinent to and within the scope of an authorized law enforcement activity.”

Where were you when the Bush administration was doing unconstitutional wiretaps and destroying hundreds of thousands of emails?
By SemiPundit on 08.07.09 3:16 pm
Unconstitutional? There are provisions within the FISA Act of 1978 that allow for wiretaps of that type. Congress enacted that legislation. Congress enacted the USA PATRIOT Act. This latest program from the most transparent regime in history is not an act of Congress but a deliberate and overt violation of the 1st Amendment by the Executive Branch for it’s own political and personal gain!!
What would you say if Bush had been doing this? I’m not a partisan, I don’t like govt in most of its forms, but especially when it is overtly oppressive.
If Bush had been doing all of these illegal things, surely that pillar of ethics, Pelosi, would have been able to put him in the stocks and we would all be throwing Grainger County tomatoes at him. If he had gotten rid of all of those emails, where are the charges?
This is not the same. Nay nay, this is on the White House website!! The very people that won’t allow the govt to look at govt records at a freakin library, now want the White House to be able to keep a list of enemies?
I’m throwing the bull@&*t flag on this one Semi.
Sorry Terry, I understand if this gets taken down. lol

I was raising hell on the phone when the politiburo voted for another bill they didn’t read, The (un)Patriot Act.
Real patriots puked at the sight of Bush and word of his signing orders to disregard public law. Isn’t Obama using the same signing orders?
Doing the same when our double naught spy agencies and law enforcement agencies wanted to route network traffic through a huge vacuum in Arizona.
Raising hell when the spooks forced phone companies to turn over their records without warrants.
Liberty and freedom is not in the culture of the two party system. Tyranny is at the core of the two parties because party leadership puts party over country and the people.
The parties/state at all cost. $550 million for new personal jet fleet. South Pole junkets for 11 Potentates of the Potomac with spouses including diving off The Great Barrier reef. For an up front look at global warming. Stay over’s in New Zealand, total cost half a million. Crapping on the taxpayers, priceless.
The Kleptocrats of K Street have ascended their thrones and are desperately trying to kill an uprising.
They are scared and should be.
